Please Note
The site is elevated and can be windy at times.
Check windspeeds for Cayton Bay and feel free to change your booking date if the weather is not suitable.
Wind Breaks or positioning your vehicle may be useful.
Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for a gravel access road and grass field.
The camping area is off grid so please bring a torch.
Keep Children Safe - The boundary of the site joins the Cleveland Way Footpath which runs along side Cayton Bay Cliffs.
At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather however contact us to change your dates if the weather or wind speed is not suitable.
The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
General
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
This site has no on-site shower facilities.
Occupancy
Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
Group bookings of 4 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted.
No hen/stag parties permitted.
Pitches
Minimum spacing of 10 metres between pitches.
Reception is not manned 24hrs instructions how to enter and leave the site will be sent prior to arrival.
Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
Open fires are prohibited.
Visitors
Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
